Hawaii Seeks to "Kill" Aftermarket Car Audio

Believe it or not—frankly, we're incredulous—there's a bill in Hawaii aimed at basically killing the car audio business there. A House Transportation Committee hearing is scheduled for Wed., Feb. 9 .
